About Chris Schmidt

A veteran agent on the Caskey Real Estate team, Chris has been working alongside Dave for over 15 years. Chris is as passionate about Real Estate as he is about conscious stewardship of our local beaches and the ocean. He commits much of his free time to leading efforts to keep our beaches and harbor clean. He is deeply involved with the King Harbor Yacht Club where he has developed and maintained relationships with some of his most loyal clients. Chris has 1000’s of closed sales in the beach cities and Palos Verdes on his resume and is an expert at sourcing off-market opportunities for his clients. Coming from 10 years in the high-end hospitality industry Chris has the superior ability to service his clients during and long after the transaction is over. Chris remains steadfast through each transaction, guiding his clients through the many hurdles and obstacles that may arise, and executing tough negotiations with his clients' best interests at heart.
