Dave has helped us sell a house on a down market and buy a house on an up market. And in between, he has notified us of many houses which he thought might be of interest to us. He has been with us when deals fell through and we have learned to listen carefully to his expert advice. So we have a lot of experience with Dave. Dave and his team are amazing. We have been looking for a home for 6 months. One weekend we found what I hoped was our forever home, but we had to sell our current home first.
