Dave Caskey has been a renowned real estate agent in the South Bay for over 30 years. Currently recognized as the #11 broker in the Los Angeles area and #1 in the South Bay, Dave began his career after graduating from USC, where he earned a Master’s in Real Estate Finance. During college, Dave got his contractor’s license and began renovating homes in the South Bay while selling foreclosures for local banks, which eventually translated into selling residential and commercial real estate. A native Southern Californian and South Bay resident for over 30 years, Dave’s knowledge of the area combined with his comprehension of what it takes to build a home from the ground up, as well as his education in real estate finance have been invaluable in his career and have greatly contributed to his success.
