About Julian Alessi

Julian was born and raised in the South Bay, having lived throughout the Palos Verdes Peninsula and Beach Cities. He graduated from Palos Verdes High School before continuing his academic and athletic career at the University of California, Davis, where he played football as a wide receiver while earning a degree in Psychology.

Now a licensed Realtor with the Caskey Real Estate Group, Julian brings the same discipline, competitiveness, and work ethic developed over five years of Division I football to serving clients and the community he grew up in. With deep local roots and strong relationships throughout the South Bay, he is committed to helping buyers and sellers confidently navigate the local real estate market.
Julian is also excited to be partnering with his brother, Dean Alessi, an experienced and successful South Bay agent who has already built a strong track record serving clients throughout the community.
Outside of real estate, Julian enjoys playing pickleball, golfing, riding horses, and giving back to the community by volunteering as a varsity football coach at Palos Verdes High School.
