About Mike Burns

A ten-year veteran of both Hawaii and Southern California real estate and a twenty-year veteran of the construction industry, Michael Burns offers a unique cache of experience as well as an unmatched level of energy. Michael comes to Los Angeles by way of Hawaii, where he earned his BS in Business Administration and specialized in Finance & Marketing at Hawaii Pacific University.

 

Michael began his career in construction and finance and holds his General Contractor’s license in California. Michael’s 20 years of combined experience in real estate, mortgages, and contracting provides him with personal knowledge of the entire real estate process from start to finish. This allows him to offer design and inspirational options to make each and every home unique in its own way, helping his clients with the vision of purchasing a property that most REALTORS don’t have. Known for his extensive connections with local developers and contractors, he is also well-respected for his consummate professionalism, especially his discretion while serving high-profile clients.

 

At heart, Michael is a problem solver who excels at handling any variety of issues that may arise in the buying process, always doing so in a timely manner and with a keen eye for design. His marketing, finance, and investment background also contribute to his unique vision, benefitting his clients in myriad ways. A resident of the South Bay himself, he maintains an intimate insight into its specialized market while also finding time to enjoy surfing and paddleboarding.
