About Stephanie Stewart

Stephanie Stewart brings a thoughtful, detail-driven approach to real estate, shaped by both lifelong exposure to the industry and years of hands-on experience. Originally from California’s Central Valley, she grew up in Fresno before earning her degree in Communications from the University of Southern California in 2003. She obtained her real estate license the following year and has been immersed in the business ever since.

With a father who is a homebuilder, Stephanie was introduced early on to construction, design, and the process behind bringing homes to life. Over the years, she has combined that foundation with her work as both a Realtor and staging consultant, developing a sharp eye for detail and a natural ability to elevate spaces. She enjoys helping clients see the full potential of a home, whether through thoughtful staging, decluttering, or creative use of indoor and outdoor space.

A Manhattan Beach resident since 2005, Stephanie is deeply connected to the South Bay community. Her two children, Maddox and Bailey, attend Grand View Elementary, where she is actively involved on the PTA Executive Board. She previously served as Co-Vice President of Membership and currently supports the school as an MBEF Ambassador. Volunteering and giving back are a meaningful part of her day-to-day life.

Stephanie lives in Manhattan Beach with her husband Ben, their children, and their English Bulldog, Miss Porkins. She is known for her creativity, her love of people, and her genuine desire to help others. Whether working with buyers or sellers, she brings care, insight, and a collaborative spirit to every relationship.
