About Patrick Panzarella

Patrick Panzarella graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis on Entrepreneurship. He has overseen the development of more than $30 million in real estate projects in Los Angeles County and Nevada with over 13 projects in the South Bay. He works with the area’s top developers and builders to find off-market and market properties. A significant part of his business is working with families to plan their real estate needs for the future and helping them build portfolios. In addition, Patrick works with families to help them find the perfect home in the South Bay. Prior to becoming a REALTOR, he was an entertainment executive for over 25 years.

 

Patrick currently lives in Hermosa Beach, California. In addition to spending time with his two daughters, he enjoys all the outdoor activities the South Bay has to offer.
