Peninsula Center lies east of Silver Spur Rd and Hawthorne Blvd cutting off at Crenshaw Blvd to the east. The Eastview area of RPV is the is the easternmost section of the PV Peninsula, adjoining the borders of San Pedro. Palos Verdes Drive South is a unique area of RPV since it includes residential homes, multifamily developments, recreational areas, and commercial developments like Terranea Resort. There are many gated residential areas with private beach access.
